Call Center Representative

The call center sales representative is the first point of contact for customers. The representative is responsible for managing customer accounts, building new customer relationships, and strengthening existing customer relationships.

The individual must have a strong command of the English language. The individual will be required to write short reports to present information to potential and current customers, clients, and employees.

The individual will also need to have strong arithmetic skills to provide quotes for customers and strong reasoning skills to deal with a variety of situations and follow instructions.

The representative will be on the phone for the majority of the position. The ideal candidate will have experience speaking on the phone, have the ability to communicate clearly, and experience processing orders.

Base pay + commission.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
