Construction Safety Prog Manager - ECCF/NACF, GES D&C Construction Safety Program Mgr

The Global Design and Construction team is looking for a motivated and organized individual to support execution of our growing construction safety management program, including several site engagements, contractor prequalification and safety metric tracking initiatives to continuously improve safety across all Amazon NACF & ECCF construction sites.
This Construction Safety Program Manager will be a (REMOTE) role within the United States and will help support the GES Construction Safety Team, our partnership with our General Contractors, Amazon Workplace Health and Safety, and work closely with our preconstruction, construction, third party safety team members (3PQA), procurement, legal, and ops engineering, start-up teams to further develop and implementation Amazon's NA & ECCF Contractor Safety Management Program across the project portfolio.
This role will provide management and oversight of the Third Party 3PQA teams and contractor pre-qualification process, monitoring and reporting within the Amazon BOLT incident management program and documenting WHS metrics across all NACF & ECCF construction projects, assist in the management of the 3rd-party safety audit program.
This role will also help establish expectations and tools for Construction Managers to validate WHS compliance with established contract agreements.
Key job responsibilitiesoBe responsible for developing, updating, maintaining and assisting NA & ECCF Construction Contractor Safety program.
oBe accountable for the development and execution of the Amazon Contractor Prequalification Process, from a WHS perspective, for construction.
oManage and administer the Amazon BOLT incident management program for assigned business units.
oPartner with Real-estate legal team and Category Procurement team to track new developing projects and maintain safety requirements in relevant contracts.
oDevelop and implement a safety audit program and engage 3rd-party companies to complete construction safety audits and to meet safety documentation requirements.
oDevelop and distribute WHS audit scorecards.
oSupport construction managers in follow-up of serious incidents and near misses.
oAd hoc site visits to perform observations, support construction managers or participate in other site based activitiesoSupport construction safety contractor management outreachoPrepare monthly and quarterly incident management & KPI performance reports.
oSupport development of Construction Manager training and processes related to contract oversight from a safety perspective.
oEngage with construction managers and launch managers to provide field support, as needed.
oMonitor and update changing regulations and industry trends that may influence the NA & ECCF Construction Contractor Safety program.
oDevelop weekly, monthly and quarterly business updates of KPI's.
oSupport construction managers and 3PQA safety team members establish and maintain effective work relationship with regards to WHS with developers, general contractors and subcontractors.
oDomestic travel up to 25-40%.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
